Astute Fitness is a personal training and Pilates studio in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. Our personal trainers specialize in cardio, postural, strength and flexibility training.
Convenient to Camberwell, Hawthorn, Balwyn, Hawthorn East and Richmond. Daryl Maddern is the founder and owner of Astute Fitness, with 30 years of experience in training. We aim to provide an environment that is friendly and inclusive, where people like to come and enjoy their time as well as build friendships, all while improving their health and fitness.
Our memberships allow you a certain number of sessions per week All our programs include exercises to improve core strength and stability and range of movement.
